thin walls constant plumbing noise

The location was fine. It was close to the metro.

The noise was ridiculous, especially with street-facing rooms! Thin walls and doors amplified every sound. Plus, the plumbing constantly made noise, a real symphony of whooshing and gurgling at all hours.

convenient location provided towels free storage useful kettle

the location was really convenient, being close to transport. i found towels provided, a nice touch. staff let me store my bags both before and after checkout without charge. the provided kettle was useful.

sound insulation between the rooms aren't great.

the hostel team was helpful, especially with luggage storage. they were available to assist with questions upon arrival. i thought the staff are friendly and approachable at all times .

the wi-fi worked without flaw across the building. a kettle is available, found in the common area, so very useful. luggage storage is provided at no extra cost, that i appreciated.
